I was initially very skeptical at the outset of this purchase because it was a very complicated deal and the seller's agent, Bill Irving, was suggesting that he could represent my wife and me as the buyers, as well. As it turns out, the skepticism was unfounded. Bill was fantastic in helping us navigate a land purchase with property line issues, strange historic easements, active logging, and working with the county to obtain a forest template dwelling that took over a year to get through. He successfully advocated for both the seller and us, as the buyers, fairly and clearly. I firmly believe it all worked out to be a true win-win deal. I can confidently recommend Bill Irving for future dealings and he has become a good friend throughout this relatively difficult process.
